Come join us bright and early for our Breakfist Club every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am to 7:30am, with an Open Mat every Friday open to all members and non members from any gym!

For those that prefer training before their day starts, or those who are too busy to make it in for the early afternoon or night classes The Breakfist Club is the best way to get some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in. We even offer discounted rates for Breakfist Club Members!
A Breakfist Club Membership includes classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am – 7:30am and the regularly scheduled classes on Saturday and Sunday.
